The domain is registered and paid by us, and so we do charge a release fee if this is transferred to a different provider. This is calculated based on the remaining amount of the domain's annual registration fee (we do not add any commission on top), plus £20 administrative and release fee.

There's no minimum term you have to commit to when signing up to our services. However, you will be unable to move the website and domain to a different provider, unless you had been paying for your package for 12 months, or pay a release fee, if you wish to move earlier (this is calculated on an individual basis). If you want to cancel earlier and don't want to pay the website release fee, your website and associated services will be taken down and your agreement with us will be terminated, at no extra cost to yourself.

Please note that some plugins or elements will require you to continue with paying for individual license keys once you moved your website (our active clients use our own license keys), otherwise your website might not function as intended.

As copywriting is included in the packages, we will sort out your content so it sounds professional, and SEO friendly, but we are happy to work with content you personally want to include, too! We only need you to fill out a client questionnaire and provide some details about your business for this. Stock photos, videos and illustrations are also included. However, if you are planning to share blog posts, sell specific products or online courses, content for these will need to be provided by yourself.

You only pay the setup fee in the first month and the premium domain add-on (if you choose to get one), then start paying for all other pay monthly services the next month (30 days after sign-up). Our websites usually go live in 5-10 days, but if it takes longer than a month for your website to be built (very unlikely), we won't enter you into the billing cycle, until your website goes live.

Once we’ve got all the info we need and payments are up to date, your site will usually be ready in 5-10 working days. Nice and quick.

Absolutely! You can add booking forms, digital forms and more with our add-ons whenever you're ready - you can also upgrade your package as your business grows, which means some of your existing add-ons might even be included in your upgraded package. This can be credited back to your account if you upgrade mid-billing cycle!
